i will have a house for both Jake and Andrew to live in as they are brothers and the description will be;
This is a two bedroomed house with a view of the beach, it has one bathroom, a spacious living area and a dining room and kitchen combined. It's situated within the middle-class houses.
and for Nick an apartment, here's the description;
This is a small one bedroomed apartment, it hasn't got a view as such just a view of the neighbourhood, it has a small living space but it has enough room for one person and a small dining room and kitchen combined. It's situated within the apartments.
For Hayley an Apartment, the description is pretty much the same as Nicks though the kitchen and dining room isn't combined.

For Cara: The single bedroom apartment has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living room. The bathroom is pretty small as it only contains a wash basin, toilet and shower. The living room is pretty empty other then the roller top desk and office chair, as well as a couple of low book cases that hold the girl's text books and folders, and other various non-fiction books. For Dylan: This single story three bedroom house is made of red brick. The inside of the house is pretty open plan as the walls between the kitchen, dining and living rooms have been removed and arches put in their place, making the area more open and welcome - and easier to heat in the winter. The master bedroom has an en-suite as well as a separate bathroom for guests. The yard around the house is large enough for the house owner to be able to keep a dog.

For Christian: A three-bedroom, two bath loft apartment with a small home office upstairs, representing neoteric modern architecture. The western wall seemed to be composed purely of windows, opening up to a small patio deck that hosted a grill, a tiny hottub and overlooked a sprawling vista of farmland. The interior of the house is decorated with sleek black and grey furniture with hints of steely blue. All kept nearly immaculate. Despite the cool, minimalist decor, the space is unquestionably prepped for entertaining. The owner seems to be seeking out a roommate?

For Aeryn;
Like with all places, the better the money, the better the house. Aeryn Fletus has left no stone unturned when it comes to her living area. The two story Greek-villa style house sits about a mile from the beach, slightly up on a hill that overlooks that beach. The back of the house is toward the school, while the front is turned toward the ocean. The views from all rooms are spectacular, most of them fording ocean view or views of the sun rising or setting. It is a three bedroom, two and a half bath house with a very open floor plan in the style of the Greek villas. There is a small courtyard directly within the centre of the house, open and roofless, with a small pool that is ten feet long and five feet across in the centre of the courtyard. The house is white and lovely, with the master bedroom located on the top story. There are plenty of rooms within the house, such as the kitchen, two other bedrooms, a master bathroom with a shower and a claw-footed tub, and a large and open den. Aeryn decorated it tastefully, so that it would be warm and welcoming to anyone who entered.

For Erynn... Kinda looks like this
A modern style, loft appartment is the place she calls home. It sits on the first floor of the complex. The blue bathroom and the kitchen that opens itself up to the living room reside on the main floor. When you go up the stairs, to your right are two large windows over looking downtown Clearwater. As you continue your way up the stairs, you'll see what she calls her study. It is a large desk with a laptop, and a book case full of texts past and present. Going down the hallway and to your right is her bedroom. The main theme color in the house is brown. There is brown funiture, paint and brown bricks.

For Caden and Kaitlyn Mandy Johnson- A small house on the outskirts of town. The front porch is enclosed with a porch swing and table. Lilies line the walkway from the garage. The yard is large and enclosed with two large oaks and an apple tree. Past a thick wooden door, the house has an open floor plan. The kitchen and living room are separated by a small circular wood table. Up a steep staircase there is a large single bedroom and a bathroom.

Evelyn Volkov's House Description
This modern apartment is nicely renovated but rather tight-knit. Surrounded by other apartment complexes, there is no yard attached however, there is a small balcony that leads right from the living room. The living, dining, and kitchen are all connected. The bedroom is rather small however it is large enough to fit a queen or king size bed. Due to a simple design, the closet is parted from the bedroom by a curtain. The kitchen is small, narrow, and very simple; just enough for one person to live here. The kitchen has an open end which leads directly to the bedroom; this apartment is all open with no doors and still comfortable and modernized.

For Alec:
South of the shopping district is where you can find Alec's apartment. In a old three story house in a quiet community, Alec rents out the third floor as his apartment. With requests to the manager Alec had bamboo hardwood installed all throughout the house. There is a small fenced in yard in the back of the building and Alec's apartment can be reached by a flight of stairs on the south side of the house. The east side of the building faces the street. See floor plan for more details.
... ill link the floor plan in the board, and it would be great if you could sticky it when I do ^^

for Genevieve :3 Genevieve lives in a 2 bedroom loft on the outskirts of the town, with a glossy ceramic tile floor and white washed walls. Her house is filled with natural plants, with 2 bathrooms and is easily located by shops. This cozy little home has a small fenced in backyard, with a very small plant garden and an above ground pool. Gen's bedroom is filled with trophies and ribbons of horse shows, with splashed on multi-colored walls. Her bedroom is on the upper part of the loft and can be accessed by a small flight of stairs. The spare bedroom is basically a guest bedroom, but for now it is a place where she stores her extra horsey things (ex. blankets, halters, bridles, saddle pads etc.).
it kinda looks like this www.newhomewiz.com/images/houston_new_homes/houston_lofts/123_houston_lofts_2.jpg

451 Montrose Avenue "A warm and relatively modest home compared to those surrounding it in an affluent, gated community. Two story classic French-style house surrounded by a wrought-iron fence and manicured lawn, oak trees towering over the yard, keeping it cool. Ivy climbs up the exterior framing Venetian windows. A two car garage is attached to the home at the end of a masonry drive. The interior is warm and classical, with antique furniture and paintings dating back to the Napoleonic eras, with an overall elegant and timeless feeling. A balcony in the master bedroom overlooks a small pool and garden space in the backyard." [/blockquote]
